I don’t feel bad going away when Cody stays with the team at Tranquil Tails. They are experienced and provide regular communication. I have peace of mind knowing he is cared for as a member of the family. They go above and beyond any other pet care providers I investigated. Cody clearly feels safe and has fun with them because any time we walk by their house he automatically pulls down their driveway. All I have to do is mention (their dog) “Minnie” and Cody leaps up and runs to the door. We are thrilled to know he is in such good hands.

While we were on vacation they communicated updates daily, including sending us the cutest pictures of Hattie playing and resting. Our girl was welcomed into their home, taken on daily walks, and loved just like she was their own. We are so thankful to have found such a loving and comfortable environment for Hattie to stay.
